Design an alkylation unit to process a combined iso-butane and light olefin stream to produce an alkylate stream for the 130,000 BPSD gasoline blending unit, which produces two octane grade gasoline products (regular and premium) for the seasonal winter and summer blends. Optimize the alkylation unit feed stream composition and BPSD, and alkylate product octane level in order to maximize overall profits from gasoline sales based on the seasonal availability of refinery gasoline blending stocks
